Egg Puff

Egg Puff

The all time favorite snack. And the best part about it is the easiest snack :)..!!! I cannot believe I did not try this sooner..

Ingredients:
Pastry puff : 1 pkt (I buy them from the Indian grocery stores)
Eggs: 4
Onions: 3
Black Pepper: 2 tspn
Garam Masala: 2 tspn
Salt to taste

Method of preparation:
Recipe to prepare the mixture:
Chop onions lengthwise
In a pan add 2 tspn of oil. Once heated add the onions and fry until transparent. Add garam masala, black pepper and salt to the mixture.
Allow the mixture to cool
Boil the eggs and cut them into 4 pieces each (lengthwise)

Step 1: Defrost the pastry puff. Cut it into half.

 Step 2: Place the mixture, egg on the pastry sheet

Step 3: Close the sheet and seal it on the edges

Pre-heat the oven to 425F degrees. Place the prepared puff pieces on a baking sheet with parchment paper. Bake them for 20 minutes. Enjoy them with Ketchup or Maggi Hot & Sweet Sauce. :)
